They did the molding right away and gave feedback while making it, so they did it exactly the way I wanted. There was a bit of a wait before the procedure, and the manager kindly consulted with me and applied the anesthesia cream well. Also, the director was pleasant and comfortable, so it was so-so. I had it done in May, and it seems to last about 7 months.
