I got a consultation for a hump nose and crooked nose, and the doctor seemed confident about the surgery. They said it wasn't that difficult of a surgery and that unlike other places, they don't use hemostatic packing or a splint.. Anyway, they looked confident, and they said they'd use ear cartilage for the nasal tip and shave the bone instead of doing osteotomy, but that was different from the direction I want, so I'm looking elsewhere. There was no consultation fee, and overall it was fine.
