I had double eyelid surgery here a few years ago, and it looks natural, and they also did the ptosis correction without overdoing it.. I originally had weak eye-opening strength, so after a few years the double eyelid line did get hidden somewhat, but my friend who had the surgery with me and was fairly average still has the line showing outside the double eyelid crease and turned out better than I did. Overall, it seems like they aim for a natural look.
