I just visited with confidence in the director’s skills, so I had a lot of trust. Even though I didn’t have to show many photos, they immediately pinpointed exactly what I was trying to explain, which put me at ease, and unlike other new hospitals or places that do a lot of advertising, there wasn’t any excessive friendliness from the director or staff, so it felt comfortable.
