I had my nose done and they put silicone only in the bridge. But it ended up crooked, so I had revision surgery 6 months later, and while I was at it, I also had cartilage inserted into the tip and did that together. I'm satisfied with the revision. A friend of mine also had it done and it turned out well. The doctor who did it apparently has now opened a new clinic in Gangnam, called The Plus or something like that?
