The director was cheerful and had a very straightforward personality. I thought my nose was short and bulbous, so I wondered if surgery would be difficult, but it wasn't difficult at all, and they explained the parts that can't be fixed, like uneven nostrils, in a short and clear way. I remember there were a lot of people in the waiting room and they were a bit older. Overall it was fine, but I'm still visiting other clinics for consultations.
