I had surgery to remove under-eye fat grafting because of side effects. I had it done at another hospital before, but it wasn’t completely removed, so I went after searching online and was able to have the surgery right away that day. Honestly, since it was a method that removes it through the skin, I was worried that it might leave a scar, but thankfully a year later there is no scar visible at all, and I think about 90% of the grafted fat inside was removed, so I’m extremely satisfied
