Review

The counseling manager was kind, but the consultation was different from what was said on the phone, and they kept recommending additional things. When I consulted with the director and said I only wanted to do one area, he said then why was he doing it, why did I come here, and that I should consult with another director, but there was no clear explanation of the exact procedure or guidance. I felt bad that I had to hear that sort of thing after entering the director's office.
