When I went, the doctor was in surgery, so I only consulted with the manager and not with the doctor. The manager was very kind and explained things carefully, but there were quite a lot of extra things she suggested I do (my body does have that many issues though), so I remember the price ended up being twice what I expected.. Still, overall, they were pretty kind.
