I went for a consultation because a friend recommended it, but they drew the line way too aggressively, which caught me off guard. There is also a consultation fee, and it didn't feel like a thorough or kind consultation worth paying for, so it felt wasteful. The manager's consultation also didn't include the basic introductory explanations first, and they only answered after I asked about them.
