The procedures I got were only consulted with the manager. I only met the director during the procedures. I had Fraxel twice, and my acne scars improved from terrible to somewhat better, though not dramatically. I didn't get the feeling that they were taking care of each patient individually. It feels like a clinic you can approach at a low price without much 부담.
