It seems like they do things naturally. The wait was only about 10 minutes. But I was a bit taken aback when they said eye-opening correction absolutely had to be done with an incision, because elsewhere I had been told it should be non-incision. They said I was too young for lower canthoplasty, so I don't think I'll do it here. If I were older, I think I would have done it here.
