I went for a consultation. Even though my requests were unreasonable, and even though I myself did not even know what I wanted, the director was so kind and devoted so much effort to the consultation and suggested methods, and I was grateful. During the whole consultation, I could comfortably talk about what I wanted, and they said that surgery that was not needed was not needed.
