I had my consultation 1 hour later than my scheduled time. They said today’s record-breaking November heavy snow delayed the morning patient by an hour, so the doctor’s surgery was delayed too. The doctor and the manager were both kind. However, anesthesia is charged separately, and the estimate is on the high side compared to other hospitals. I think I need to weigh the cost aspect carefully.
