First of all, the facility isn't very large, but it feels really well managed and nicely decorated. When I went, there was no one else there, so I got a consultation with the manager right away. I had braced myself because some people said the manager was rude, but she was incredibly kind. She listened well, and the doctor came in after finishing surgery, but he only shaped the line once and that was basically it. I felt like I talked with the manager much more. There wasn't much detailed explanation, so I didn't really want to go there, and I didn't like the line they set for me.
