Consultations are handled by the managers. If you want a consultation with the director, you have to pay extra, so I’ve never done it, which is why I rated the expertise lower. But the hospital facility is good and everyone is kind. The director is very skilled, but it does feel somewhat factory-like, and it’s a pity that the finishing and cleansing are self-service.
