The staff was completely unfriendly... I only went to get Shrink, and they probably wanted to push all kinds of other things, but when that didn’t work, they seemed irritated. The director was kind, and honestly Shrink seems like something you could get anywhere, but at the time I went it wasn’t available everywhere like it is now, so... I didn’t really know, so I went all the way there because I wanted to go to a place I could trust.. If it were now, I’d be thinking, why bother....
