I'm fairly satisfied, but if you want 1:1 consultation with the director and a dermatologist, and if you dislike factory-style clinics, I wouldn't recommend it. Recommended for people who want a quick procedure at a low price! Shrinking is this director's thing I also got another laser and was satisfied
