This used to be my top choice after doing my own research, but I decided not to go. First, I was 30 minutes late and called to say I might be late. I was told there could be a wait, and since it was my fault I of course accepted that. But I didn't expect to wait more than an hour, and it was exhausting. My first impression as soon as I walked in was that the front-desk staff were not very kind, and I felt the manager didn't suit me either. To list the disappointing points: First, I went in not knowing much about contouring surgery, and the manager spoke to me in a slightly scolding way like, "This is the surgery you're asking for, so how can you not have researched it properly?" Of course, there are people who study hard and come in with a full list of questions, but I had heard that some people go in to hear the explanation and find the style that suits them, so I was taken aback. They also kept emphasizing that Cookie Plastic Surgery is old and has a lot of experience. I already knew they had skill because many of the review photos show good results, but it felt way too much like PR. Second, out of the four clinics I consulted, none of the doctors recommended cheekbone surgery (they all said they could do it if I wanted, but there was no real need), yet the Cookie manager said I would probably need cheekbone surgery too. (In the end, they said I should do all three.) Third, this was the first place out of the four where the manager listened from behind from start to finish. It felt burdensome and unnecessary, and honestly uncomfortable. I think it's better to know that before going. The director looked a little tired, probably because it was a late-afternoon consultation, but he was kind. The explanation itself was concise, and the way he asked if I had any questions made it seem like he focused on answering questions. But by the time the director came in, I had already cooled off, so the consultation ended with almost no questions. In the end, for a 20,000 won consultation fee, it was the most expensive place I went to, and I felt it was a waste of money. If you're going for a consultation, I recommend studying a lot and preparing lots and lots of questions~
