I got hair removal treatment, and the staff were neither particularly kind nor particularly rude. However, maybe because there were so many people, even with a reservation there was still a waiting time, which was a bit annoying. Still, for the low price, it wasn’t bad to get the treatment. I’m not sure about Botox or fillers.
