My eyes themselves are very protruding, so I already know that I won’t be able to get a dramatic double eyelid, and I also want the line to be cleaner because it was messy when I had surgery before, but if the line is made too high, the distance between my eyebrows and the double eyelid becomes too close, so I’m worried about double eyelid surgery (a completely personal issue). When I looked at double eyelid surgery cases, they all turned out well, but I couldn’t find photos of a protruding-eye case like mine, which was disappointing... My buried-suture double eyelid from 5 years ago came undone, and then I had a partial-incision surgery, but the line bent, so this is a second re-revision surgery, 250. In my subjective opinion, I was nervous they might recommend lower blepharoplasty because my skin looked quite saggy, but they said improvement would be possible enough with under-eye fat repositioning, and among other clinics there were places that recommended under-eye fat repositioning plus fat grafting or fillers, but they said they themselves do not do that (that seems right to me; at OV they suggested removing fat and then doing fat grafting or fillers). This is something I asked the coordinator separately about, and she said that if tear troughs appear later, I might be able to get fillers or fat grafting. It was 880,000 won, but they said they would make it 800,000 in cash/card after excluding VAT. The doctor was kind, and I had more things I wanted to ask, but... he looked at the time, so I asked the coordinator and him about the remaining things. They charged a 5,000-won consultation fee.
