I once had a banding injection procedure there and did see a lot of effect. I felt like I was being forced to buy tape, but the director was kind and the procedure was comfortable, so it was okay. However, the staff friendliness was really disappointing After the procedure, there was no separate aftercare or guidance, and nobody paid attention to me. I was just standing there alone for a long time, then when I asked if I could just go, they said I could go lol The staff attitude before and after the procedure felt completely different.
