I had my first nose surgery here a year ago. So far, thankfully, I have no contracture or inflammation, and I can breathe well, but aesthetically I’m left with a lot of regrets. Because it was a small hump nose, I had the hump shaved a bit, a silicone implant placed on the bridge, and the tip raised with septal cartilage, but I’m not sure whether the hump was only half shaved or what, because there’s still a bit of a hump left, and maybe the doctor got a little too ambitious, but the silicone seems quite thick and doesn’t suit my face. Thanks to that, I’m living with a high hump nose instead of a low one, so I’m thinking about revision surgery ㅠㅠ The tip is also, even if it’s septal cartilage, excessively hard and pointy. I’m relieved there are no side effects, but if it was going to be like this, I don’t know why I had surgery in the first place.
