The staff are rude!! The consultation manager was bright and kind. But she said my face is big, that I absolutely need all three contouring surgeries, and that I should definitely think about bone shaving, which stressed me out a lot. Thankfully, as soon as I went into another hospital’s consultation room, the director said my face was really small and told me to avoid any hospital that says my face is big. Thanks to that, I got my mind back and passed. The director was kind and the consultation was good. But because my nerve line is very low and my jaw isn’t wide, other hospitals advised against square-jaw surgery, while here they recommended it. Seems like they prefer an idol-like line!! I wasn’t thinking about the chin at the time, so I got a quote for contouring type 2.
