The price is on the expensive side, but I was fine with it because I knew it was more expensive than other clinics. But that wasn't the issue. The director looked extremely, extremely tired, and it was obvious they wanted to end the consultation quickly... They didn't explain the surgery method in detail or make any suggestions; it just felt like when I asked something, they would say, "Well, you just do it like this," and brush it off...? The doctor doesn't need to be friendly, but for plastic surgery I think they should focus on the patient's needs, and they seemed far too uninterested, so I ruled them out because I felt I might end up with a line that didn't suit me. And it bothered me that the reason for the wait was that the director was in surgery. Separately, they were very clear about what can't be done, saying this shouldn't be done, and that something is better left undone. The director seems conscientious. (Separately, the manager listened too, but still recommended that procedure.)
