At first, it seemed like they were being conscientious... but there was a strong feeling that communication wasn't working. They had a lot of doubts about the parts I wanted to improve, so I'm still thinking about this hospital a lot... They didn't show many before-and-after photos; the ones on the blog were all there was. But the staff were very kind.
