I had surgery last year because my body was generally slim, but only my upper arms didn't have a nice line. I wanted a natural straight arm rather than a bone line, and I chose it because it didn't require elbow incisions and there was no compression garment. The surgery result was very satisfying. They really took it off naturally, so it didn't look out of proportion with the rest of my body and felt like it had always been my arm. If someone wants ultra-thin, bony arms, they might think not enough was removed. The scar is also small, which I really like. I recommend it~
