I liked that I was able to go in almost without waiting, take photos, and then go to the consultation room. The hospital atmosphere felt generally quiet, maybe because I went a bit late. The manager here speaks very well. She speaks to you in a friendly but straightforward way. I saw a post saying the director doesn't say much during consultations, and I think I get what they meant. He isn't the type to step forward and explain everything in detail first; it felt like he only answered what the patient asked. Maybe because I went a bit late and he was tired from morning surgeries, I thought that too. Because the director doesn't say much during consultation, the manager was interestingly standing behind him in the same room and listening too. In my experience, at other clinics they stay outside and come in after the director finishes explaining, but having them inside was fine in its own way. I liked that they only do two surgeries a day and that he has a lot of experience, but since I'm not the type who wants a very doll-like line, I think I need to think more before getting surgery here.
