Even before the surgery, I didn't think I had that much fat on my arms, but compared in photos, the difference is big. Now, even when I pull them tight, they're completely straight. Other than in photos, the thing I'm happiest about visually is that the accessory breast tissue is gone. When I wore knit tops, it used to look round and bulky, but now I look slim and delicate. There's a little scar left on the back, but since they keep treating it with laser, I figure it'll disappear someday.. and I live with that thought.
