I had made a reservation for 3 o'clock in advance and arrived around 2:50, checked in, and was waiting. But then they went into surgery at 3 o'clock? So I ended up waiting for over an hour before getting a consultation, and the director didn't seem to want to do bone shaving.... I wasn't impressed. The staff were like, how busy could they possibly be, that they brought in someone I'd never met and had us go in at the same time to talk about pricing? I was extremely displeased. If possible, don't go.
