I went for a consultation after deciding I wanted nose surgery, and the doctor seemed very conscientious. He said it wasn’t an objectively pretty nose, but that it suited my current image well and that I probably didn’t need surgery. He gave an honest answer that even if I got a high and pretty nose, it could still be hard to feel satisfied if it didn’t suit my overall image. The estimated cost isn’t accurate
