I went here for a nose surgery consultation. I first met the manager and then the director, and the director who consulted me was very unfriendly. Maybe that's just his style, but after just looking at my face he said something like, "You can just do it like this and this, do you have any questions?" After the director's consultation, during the manager's consultation I said I was also going to get consultations elsewhere, and then they suddenly changed attitude. I remember feeling a little scared.. Is that just my imagination? Anyway, it was a somewhat uncomfortable hospital.

The height of rudeness. Whether it’s the manager or the doctor, they were all half-hearted, and the operating room and recovery room were also so dirty and unpleasant.
