The director was very kind and nice, but when I later went and said it seemed a bit like nasolabial folds were uneven, the atmosphere got a little awkward, so that was a bit like that. The manager also kept saying things like, "What if you do this?" and would tell me to do it, mention the price, and talk about other things too, so the manager gave off a slightly preachy, professor-like hospital vibe.
