I went after seeing lip filler on Instagram. Over the past ten years I've gotten my lips done at three or four places, and among them, the one I got here was by far the most disappointing. I don't know what kind of aesthetic sense they have. They inject the filler vertically from above and below the lips, almost like a filler that builds support on the inside of the lips, similar to Russian lip filler. But when you look at it as part of the whole face, maybe because of where the filler was placed, the lips look saggy? The filler seems to be placed not in the lips but somewhere deep inside the skin of the inner lip. Maybe that's why it hurt less than other fillers. Having the procedure done with my eyes covered made it twice as scary, and the shape was too protruding, like duck lips, and it didn't improve the wrinkled look either. My philtrum got longer, and just from my lips alone my image turned into that of a Gangnam beauty... a magic trick..... Afterward, the asymmetry was severe so I asked for a touch-up, but they just did it rather carelessly. The price was expensive too~ They seem to be trying to be nice, but there was that particular Itaewon vibe..... Ugh, I'm really having a hard time because of lip filler.
