Maybe because they have a lot of reservations, the doctor looked really busy.. The consultation manager was kind, but had a subtly dismissive way of speaking, and the front desk and nurses were very blunt. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, I don't really see much difference from a factory-style clinic. I strongly felt like the doctor was pressed for time.
