About 3 years ago, I went with a friend who was getting a procedure done to have a consultation, and I felt like they were recommending way too many procedures too aggressively, so I came out with my confidence in my looks lowered. I remember they pushed nose, lips, chin, chin fat.. so much that it would have been hard to do all the procedures they recommended.
