In my late 30s, I was really bothered by my nasolabial folds and skin elasticity, so I went for an Ulthera consultation. They said combining it with Thermage would give much better synergy, so I got tempted and ended up doing both. I also got filler for my nasolabial folds. I didn't know there was sedation, and I wish they had told me. I got both Ulthera and Thermage fully awake, and it was unbelievably, insanely painful. I was sweating buckets. The doctor in charge was so kind, and helped me get through the pain, and since Thermage is such an expensive procedure they do once a year, he said he himself does it even stronger and told me to hang in there for just a little longer...
