It was just maintenance, so I only checked the consultation manager and the therapist. The manager was fine, but the therapist was way too careless... For the price, you have to accept that it's factory-style. They say they are careful because of COVID, but it's curtain-style rather than a private room, so it was a little scary with the mask pulled down. While I was getting the treatment, I could hear the other therapists talking to each other or the sound of their walkie-talkies, and it felt chaotic.
