First of all, it's a factory-type place, so other than the response, everything was rushed. The staff were neither particularly kind nor rude, so that was fine, but hearing them gossiping around made me think they need to manage that. There was something under my chin, not exactly acne, so I went in for that. A woman, maybe the doctor, recommended an acne package. They said there were lasers and other things too. After going to other dermatology clinics, it turned out not to be acne. They said what was on my face wasn't something to treat that way. (That was the opinion of the university hospital dermatology department I went to, and two dermatology clinics with board-certified dermatologists.) Money wasted.
