I'm not sure about the immediate effect, but I'm getting both hair removal and whitening, and it seems like the effect is gradually becoming more visible. That said, I think we'll need to watch a bit longer to see whether it lasts. Still, if I keep getting it consistently, I think I'll be satisfied with the results like I saw in other reviews.
