They're not the type to look at things very thoroughly. Since they have a lot of experience, maybe they can tell at a glance. But they didn't really look closely at my eyes. Maybe they were busy. The manager ended the consultation because another customer came in, so I couldn't get an explanation about the cost and such. And the doctor and manager had different opinions, which was confusing.
