It seems like they do a decent job. The doctor absolutely doesn't do overly aggressive surgery. One time my buried stitch came loose and they did a super solid AS for me again. But if you want a very flashy style, I don't think it would be good.. Mine is so subtle that I'm thinking about revision surgery.
