As I said before for my nose surgery, they really take good care of post-op management. In my experience, there probably isn't another clinic that follows you this closely for up to 3 months after surgery. My eye surgery was a revision, and during the operation they kept sitting me up and laying me back down while checking the symmetry of my eyes, which was the first time I'd ever seen that. If they had cared that much during the surgery, then even if the eyes ended up uneven, I would have thought it was just my original condition, but in other clinics they mostly just say, 'Your original features are why it can't be helped.' Whether it was a surgical mistake or not, the result is that my left eye's inner corner feels a bit less pulled than the right, so it seems slightly less open, and the eyes are uneven, but it's a difference only I notice when I wake up swollen in the morning or when taking photos. Everyone says I look prettier.
