I found out about this place because a friend of mine had surgery here and recommended it. I made a reservation in a hurry, so I only managed to get a consultation during the doctor’s free time after surgery. The surgery ran longer than scheduled, so I had to keep waiting, but a staff member came out and kept apologizing to me, being very considerate, which I appreciated. I first consulted with the manager, then the doctor came in, but the doctor just repeated exactly what the manager had said, so I wondered if it was really necessary to wait for the doctor... I only met the doctor for about 5 minutes, and he seemed so tired that I felt too self-conscious to ask many questions. The manager, on the other hand, was really kind and gave a good consultation. I asked a lot, and they answered kindly.
