The doctor was kind and the consultant director was fine too. It’s a very famous clinic, so I trusted it and had it done, and the results were good. But after the surgery, once I had recovered, it felt a bit off that the staff didn’t seem to care whether I came or went, probably because they were busy. And because I had the surgery in two stages, they set the next surgery date while I was still in recovery and mentally overwhelmed, so I forgot about the appointment itself,,, I think it would be better to set it before surgery. Even when I changed the aftercare date, the staff contacted me in such a careless way. I wish the staff were a bit kinder.
