It wasn't the chief director. It was a different doctor, but the consultation was extremely kind and gave a very confident impression, so my sense of trust went up a lot. Then I had a consultation with the manager, and near the end it felt like they were pressuring me by saying it was almost time, which left me feeling a bit bad. I came because I was told I could have a consultation.. What was strange was that for the post-op follow-up, it felt like I could see it if I wanted to, or skip it if I didn't? That left me a little uneasy. I didn't get the sense that the aftercare was anything special, but I was still swayed by how confidently the doctor spoke..
