I went at my appointment time, waited about 10 minutes, saw the manager, and had a consultation. Then I met the director right away and had the consultation. They explained everything with PPT slides and told me to ask anything I was curious about, step by step, so it felt like they weren't rushing me or finding me annoying, which made me trust them more. I consulted with the chief director, and although I wasn't at the level of bone-level upper arms, he said I could become somewhat slimmer. After the director's consultation, I talked about the cost with the manager and liked it, so I made a reservation and came back. There was an extra charge for the chief director.
