The consultation is only with the manager, and you consult while wearing a mask. So you can think of it as surgery being based only on the eyes and not on whether the face as a whole suits you. I'm a man, and I was operated on to look like a woman (an extremely big, wide-eyed look), so people have said I became really ugly. Honestly, I don't recommend it.
