The director is sweet and soft-spoken just as I heard. He isn’t authoritarian and listens well to the patient’s opinions. However, I was surprised that the manager drew the line for me. Because of that point, I’m holding off on surgery. Since it hasn’t been long since opening, the facilities were good, but it felt a little chaotic.
