The director was the kindest of all the hospitals I have consulted so far. He kindly explained the surgical method and also explained my questions in detail, so I gained trust. I get the feeling he would perform the surgery very carefully. However, the coordinator feels a bit lacking in expertise and seems like they don't really know much. The facilities are good, and it seems like a hospital that's worth going to just for the director.
